The work focuses on the commissioning of a commercial satellite-based telecommunication system of type LEO SAT COURIER (LSC) consisting of 72 satellites in low orbit (800 km) operating on 8 orbits each with 9 satellites. Against the background of increasing markets’ globalization, LSC will be the capable global digital infrastructure for mobile communication of the future.
